Our weekly singing group, Going for a Song, are staying in to sing instead.
Led by our skilled Musical Director, Christopher Killerby, each session begins with time for chatting and checking in, before starting with a warm-up, followed by learning new songs and familiar favourites.
Singing has proven health benefits which can help with anxiety and depression, lung capacity, memory and heart health. Join us to find out why people often come away feeling happier and healthier, with a song in the head and a spring in their step!
