Time: 11:30 – 12:45

Fee: £5 per session or £20 for a block of five

Group: anyone aged 60+ (but we won’t turn anyone away who wants to join!)

Led by professional dance and wellbeing artist, Awa, these friendly & energetic group classes are an exciting and creative alternative to exercise. Sessions are open to everyone who enjoys moving to music and having fun.

Each class begins with a physical warm-up before learning new choreography, which you’ll master as the weeks go by. Through trying different dance styles to a range of music including Samba, Street Dance, Bollywood, Musical Theatre, Jazz, Soul and R&B, you’ll exercise both mind and body, improving your flexibility, memory, stamina and strength without even noticing.
